French, living and working in the Lake Atitlán region of Guatemala for more than thirty years. I created this space to support and help men to plan for an enjoyable life, as I do.

My no pain no pills philosophy associated with a passion for super healthy food and an eco-conscious lifestyle will allow you to cruise through your fifties (and counting) with a smile and reconcile yourself with the perspective of aging.

Keep your body healthy and in constant motion without having to strain it. Personally,I ‘am not interested in lifting weights or taking any supplement to enhance and trigger muscle growth. I prefer to combine different forms of exercise to get the same result.
