Being healthy is a precious gift, and while financial independence is important, you can always buy things. However, when it comes to your well-being, it’s something that can’t always be purchased.

Living a healthy life brings happiness, joy, and the freedom to fully enjoy every moment.

Your body serves as the cornerstone of your health. Being healthy is closely tied to the state of your body, and I’m not referring to having a heavily sculpted physique through extreme weightlifting. In my view, everyone should select a body shape that aligns with their comfort and life objectives.

I recommend a blend of exercises that allow you to work across various dimensions, enhance flexibility, and build toned, non-excessively hypertrophied muscles. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with hypertrophied muscles if that’s your preference. In my personal journey, I’ve found it more sustainable to maintain a body image that doesn’t require me to become a slave to performance.

Your body’s muscle mass should align with your physical requirements, encompassing a mix of cardio, flexibility, and resistance training for overall well-being.

Last but certainly not least: the Power of the Mind.

Having an empowering mindset is absolutely essential.
